Any answer or other response to the Complaint should be filed with the Clerk of the Court, United States District Court within twenty-one (21) days from the date of service and also served on Plaintiff’s attorney. If no appearance or pleading is filed, the Court may render a default judgment against the defendants. If the defendant fails to respond, a judgement by default will be entered against the defendant for the relief demanded in the complaint.
